"Saved a little money in the end"
In the end, I did save some money, which is always nice. I just have to remember to clip the coupons before I shop. When I do, there are usually some good deals.

I’ll give them credit, everything I ordered was in the bag this time. No mix-ups, nothing missing, which doesn’t always happen. I wasn’t expecting much, but they got it right, so I’m happy with it

Customer service got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. I was a little frustrated at first because I wasn’t sure what was going on, but they answered quickly and got it fixed without much hassle. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it

"Pretty good prices, at least from what I can tell"
I tend to compare prices more than I probably need to, and Meijer.com usually ends up being cheaper for groceries and household basics. Some of the sales are actually really good too. I mean, maybe I’m missing better deals somewhere else, but not every item is going to be the lowest anywhere. Overall, I usually feel like I’m getting my money’s worth

"Freshness felt a little hit or miss, right?"
I don’t know if it was just my order, but the freshness was kind of mixed. Some of it looked really good and fresh, while a few pieces looked a bit rough, like they’d been sitting around for a while. Maybe I just caught it on an off day?

"mPerks helps me save, even if it can be a little clunky"
I use mPerks pretty much every week when I shop, and it does help me save a little here and there, especially on groceries I was already planning to buy. My only complaint is that some coupons can be a pain to find, and every now and then they don’t seem to come off right away at checkout. Still, from my experience, it’s worth using and has been a handy way to save a few extra dollars.

"Hit or miss on what’s actually in stock"
Meijer.com is fine overall, but the availability can be annoying. It’ll say something is in stock, I place the order, and then later it’s either removed or swapped for something else. Frustrating.

I still use it because the prices are usually decent and pickup is simple enough. I just wish the stock info was more accurate. Not awful, but not always dependable either. Meh

I placed a pickup order and a few items ended up being out of stock, but the substitutions were actually reasonable. Nothing random or weird got swapped in, which I appreciated. I also got a heads up before everything was finalized, basically like, “Here’s what we can replace it with if that works for you,” so I didn’t feel stuck with anything. It made the whole order a lot less frustrating than I expected. Smooth overall.

My order showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed up really well too — no crushed boxes, no leaks, nothing messed up. happy with how it all arrived... I’d definitely order again!

I tried Meijer pickup and it was pretty much fine overall. A couple things were out of stock and I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would in the parking spot. The employee who brought my order out was Nice though, so no real complaints there. Just wish the updates were a bit better so I knew what was going on.

The return itself was easy enough, no issues there. But the refund took way too long, like way, way too long. I was expecting it to be a lot quicker.

"Showed up when they said it would"
My Meijer.com delivery actually arrived right within the time window, which kind of surprised me because it was one of those busy days where everything feels like it’s running behind. I was half expecting to be waiting around forever, probably while reheating coffee for the third time, but nope. Everything was packed fine, the driver was quick, and they left it by the door just like I asked. Super easy, no hassle, which is all I wanted.

“Even though Meijer was more expensive, I started shopping there because my regular grocery store did not keep their shelves stocked. As long as I have to visit another store, I am simply going to start out at that other store. This has been the case lately, so you have lost a customer. Make that two customers, because the man behind us was upset too. We ran into him later at another grocery store. Goodbye.”

Why does the meijer store in jeffersonville in never have items in when we shop there? jeffersonville store 167 has gone to hell.
